SOLUTION: (C) One of the Bohr’s postulates is that the angular momentum of the electron is an integer multiple of \hbar: mvr_n = n \hbar. From this, one has mv = n \hbar/r_n, which is choice (C).

    Dimensional analysis here again. Planck’s constant has units of action (bohr-sommerfeld quantization!), and action is just phase-space area so it must have units of momentum by distance. (C) and (E) have correct units, but remember that the bohr-energies go like n squared! So (C) is the correct answer!
